PG MART Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to PG MART — the multicultural marketplace connecting customers and vendors across the UAE.
By using the PG MART Vendor App or Website (“the Platform”), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Vendor Responsibilities
• Fulfill orders quickly, accurately, and professionally.
• Keep product listings accurate, fresh, and updated.
• Use PG MART branding materials (stickers) on all packages.
• Package orders securely, especially for frozen or perishable items.
3. Commission & Payments
• PG MART charges a 10% commission on the total value of each completed order.
• For orders paid via Tabby, a 5% payment processing fee will also be deducted.
• Payouts are made weekly (every Monday or Tuesday) after deducting commission, Tabby fees, and any penalties.
4. Deliveries
• Vendors may use PG MART riders or their own approved riders.
• If a vendor uses their own rider, they must update order status (Ready for Pickup → Out for Delivery → Delivered).
5. Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations
• Refunds apply to expired, damaged, incorrect, or undelivered items.
• Returns are accepted for non-perishable, sealed, unused products within 48 hours.
• Cancellations are allowed within 30 minutes (for same-day orders) or at least 2 hours before scheduled deliveries.
6. Branding & Packaging
• Every order must have a PG MART sticker visibly placed on the package.
• Foodstuff deliveries going outside Dubai must be packed in a carton box.
• Frozen items must be packed using cooling materials like ice packs.
7. Customer Communication
• Vendors must not contact customers privately.
• All communication must happen through PG MART channels.
8. Vendor Penalties
• AED 10 fine for missing sticker branding.
• AED 20 fine for late deliveries.
• AED 50 fine for spoiled/wrong product deliveries.
• Repeated violations may result in suspension or delisting.
9. Prohibited Items
• Vendors may not list or sell alcohol, tobacco, illegal drugs, weapons, or counterfeit goods.
10. Limitation of Liability
• PG MART is not responsible for product defects, delivery errors caused by vendors, or legal violations by vendors.
• PG MART’s total liability is limited to the value of the disputed transaction.
11. Vendors Must Submit the Following During Registration:
• Valid Business License Copy
• Emirates ID or Passport Copy
• Bank Account Details (for payouts)
• Business Contact Phone Number and Email
• Business Address
• Product Category/Business Type
• (Optional) VAT Certificate (if available)
• (Optional) Business Logo (for store profile)
12. Governing Law
• These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Any disputes will be handled through UAE courts.
13. Updates to Terms
• PG MART may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means acceptance of new terms.
